Ku-ring-gai Amateur Swimming Club is a family orientated swimming Club. The primary purpose is to provide swimming activities and competition for the local community. Over the past 51 years KASC has been passionately providing a swim club where members can develop their swimming skills and meet new people in an enjoyable, safe and healthy environment.
We meet Saturdays 7:00 am to 9:30 am October to March at Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre, West Pymble.
Adults and children of all ages and abilities are welcome. We swim 25m, 50m and 100m events each week, and longer distance events throughout the season. In competing at the weekly Saturday morning meets, all swimmers earn points for attending and improving their times, which contribute towards the achievement of trophies at the annual presentation evening. We hold a Club Age Championship event and other championship races during the season.
KASC is run by volunteers. One of the best ways that you can support and share in the fun is by lending a helping hand around pool deck.
Please come and see us at the club house on Saturday mornings if you are available to help with time keeping, marshalling, setup and pack-up of pool equipment.
